Guest Fees & Charges

Here is a list of our current accommodation fees and charges for your information and reference. These fees & charges are applicable to single bookings where guests are aged 18 years and over in the Brisbane area. Please note that fees and charges will vary for other cities and centres in Australia. *Placement Fee

(Single guest; 18+; single room): $185.00 

Weekly Homestay Rates (Hosted Accommodation):

†Single, room-only, self-catered: from $170.00 per week
‡Single, 2 meals: from $240.00 per week
~Single, 3 meals): from $260.00 per week

^Airport Reception & Transfer (optional):

Single passenger, 1 way (flight arrivals between 6:01am and 11:59pm): $95.00
Single passenger, 1 way (flight arrivals between 12:00am and 6:00am): $118.75

Notes:
*single placement; placement fee is payable upon application;
†fully furnished single room; self-catered meals, guest buys own groceries & prepares own meals
‡fully furnished single room; 2 meals per day, breakfast & dinner; lunch included on weekends
~fully furnished single room; 3 meals per day, breakfast, packed lunch & dinner
^a 25% surcharge applies for flight arrivals between 12:00am & 6:00am

Weekly rates quoted are the lowest possible with meals included; Weekly rates can be higher than quoted and are payable in advance;
Minimum stay: 4 weeks (extendable if mutually agreed)
Internet: available (additional charges may apply; usually $10 to $20 per week)
Laundry facility: available (guests are required to do their own laundry in most homestays; ironing is not a requirement of homestay hosts)

The above prices are in Australian currency and include GST where applicable. All prices are subject to change without notice. Standard terms and conditions will apply to all stays. Homestay arrangements can only be confirmed following receipt of proof of payment of Placement Fee and Airport Reception & Transfer Fee, and confirmed visa and flight arrival details.

Payment can be made by Credit Card (via PayPal), Telegraphic Transfer or Bank Deposit. An additional transaction fee applies in most cases. Full payment, including 4 weeks Homestay Fees, is required on invoice prior to the guest's arrival at the Homestay in order to secure the booking and any Airport Reception arrangements.
